AMOMED Symposium on Precision and Control with Landiolol and Argipressin
Besides answering questions of booth visitors, our team also hosted a symposium about Precision and control with landiolol and argipressin: Innovative therapy approaches in perioperative areas and in the ICU. Renown specialists in their fields, Prof. Dr. Erich Kilger from the Anesthesiology Clinic at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany and Prof. Groesdonk from the Helios Clinic Erfurt also in Germany, shared their experiences made in daily clinical life.
The topics of the symposium covered:
- Decatecholaminization: Non-adrenergic substances and short-acting beta antagonists
- What’s new in vasoplegia management
Prof. Kilger focused on decatecholaminization in his presentation and emphasized the features of landiolol. The management of atrial fibrillation in the perioperative setting was also the topic of other independent sessions in which Prof. Kilger reported about his hands-on experiences with the use of landiolol. Prof. Groesdonk was the second speaker and drew attention to current developments in vasoplegia management.
Prof. Kilger and Prof. Groesdonk also chaired the symposium. We would like to sincerely thank them for their expertise and involvement.
